Privacy Policy

We respect our customers’ right to privacy. We collect and store as little customer data as is reasonably possible, and we will never disclose customer data to anyone (unless required to by law). If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how your data is handled, please contact us.

User Files & Data

Our applications will never transmit any user files or data (e.g. audio files opened in monoPlayer) to our servers. Your data is your data, and it stays on your device.

Sofware Updates

Our applications include software update functionality to check for new versions which might be available. By default, update checking is enabled but automatic downloading of updates is disabled. Both options can be changed in Settings. When checking for updates, our applications transmits system profile information to our server, as well as hash of your registration code if the application is registered. No identifiable personal information is transmitted during this process.

Registration

We use FastSpring as our merchant of record for customer orders. During the purchase process, we receive information from FastSpring (such as your name and e-mail address) in order to generate your Registration Code, and we store this information securely for customer support purposes. We do not receive information about your payment method or bank/card details from FastSpring. FastSpring also has its own Privacy Policy.

Website

Our website does not use any cookies, third-party analytics or trackers.

Mailing List

We use MailCoach for our mailing list in order to notify you of new product releases and versions. The mailing list is opt-in only. Our mailing list is not for sale, and we will never disclose your email address to anyone (unless required to by law). Emails sent through the mailing list always include a link to unsubscribe, in case you no longer wish to receive emails from us. MailCoach has its own Privacy Policy.
